What is your favorite (hot and iced) tea here at In-Tea?
Hot- Wen Shan Bao Zong. Iced-Waikiki beach with coconut.
When are you most likely to be found working at the shop?
Pretty much Monday through Saturday. Trying to take the Sundays off!
When not working, where are you most likely to be found/what are your hobbies?
Sam’s Club, Restaurant Depot, Office Depot, buying supplies for the shop! Meeting with the bookkeeper, accountant consultant or at home working on marketing on my computer. I also prepare dinners for my family.
Do you own any pets? Tell us about them!
Two crazy dogs, one lab, one beagle-corgie mix, five chickens, one rabbit.
What are your favorite genres of music…?!
Fusion jazz, Norah Jones, John Mayer, Jimmy Buffet, Rolling Stones. Classical piano (which I studied for 13 years!)

I’m currently studying Tea!! I have an economics and psychology (ART)- BA. I have a Masters in secondary education and an MBA in marketing.
Do you have any children? Tell us about them!
I have two girls. Alex is 17, Jenna is 14, both work on Sundays.
Favorite vacation spot and/or memory?
Granada, St. Lucia, Anguilla in Caribbean, almost anywhere in Europe.
What is your favorite restaurant?
Man Tan Fez, and Indian Food.

Swimming and skiing are my two favorite sports.
If you were a tea, which one do you think you would be and why…?
Zhen Qu. It looks soft, gentle and approachable, but add hot water and its strength and complexity is revealed! Surprising unexpected spiciness that lingers and remains memorable! Ha!
